Here is exactly how PartyHost protects guests and hosts — what we verify, what we don't, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Payments through Razorpay
Card and UPI details never touch PartyHost — checkout is handled by Razorpay. Hosts pay a flat ₹150 to publish and we take zero commission on your ticket.
Real capacity limits
Every party has a maximum guest count enforced at the database level, so a party can never be oversold — even when several people book at the same moment.
Clear location and rules
Each listing shows the area, start time, minimum age and the host's house rules up front, so there are no surprises at the door.
Cancel any time
Cancel from My bookings and your spots are released instantly. Both you and the host receive an in-app and email confirmation of every change.
Your data stays yours
Bookings, payment history and receipts are visible only to you and, for their own parties, the host. We never sell your contact details.
Guest checklist
- Carry a government photo ID that matches the party's minimum age.
- Book for the number of people actually attending — spots are limited.
- Follow the host's house rules; they are listed on every party page.
- Tell a friend where you are going and how you are getting home.
- Never send money outside the app — legitimate hosts never ask for it.
Host checklist
- Describe the party honestly: venue type, music, timings and what is included.
- Set a realistic maximum guest count for your space.
- State the minimum age and any entry requirements clearly.
- Keep exits, water and lighting accessible; know your venue's safety rules.
- Respond to guests and update or cancel your listing if plans change.
Report a listing or a host
Seen a party that looks fake, unsafe or misleading? Email us the party link and what you noticed. We review every report and can unpublish a listing while we investigate.
